Chicken Pot Pie with Bisquick Top
- 3 cups Cooked, Diced Chicken
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Veggies
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery Soup, Undiluted
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Baking Mix (Bisquick)
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Melted Butter
- Pepper To Taste
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread chicken and veggies in a 2-quart greased baking dish.
- Stir together soup and broth (add pepper to taste) and pour over the chicken mixture.
- Mix baking mix, milk and butter until smooth and pour in the dish over the other ingredients.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
