Chicken Pot Pie with Bisquick Top

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spread chicken and veggies in a 2-quart greased baking dish.
  3. Stir together soup and broth (add pepper to taste) and pour over the chicken mixture.
  4. Mix baking mix, milk and butter until smooth and pour in the dish over the other ingredients.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
