Lunch Pasta

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add some salt.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until done, about 8 minutes (or according to package instructions).
  3. Drain and set pasta aside in the pot.
  4. Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and butter and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Cut the roasted red pepper into bite sized pieces and add to the skillet.
  6. Add the sausage, stir, and let it saute until the pasta is done cooking.
  7. Drain off the extra liquid and put the sausage mixture into the drained pasta.
  8. Add the spaghetti sauce and garlic salt.
  9. Stir to combine thoroughly.
