indian Buckwheat Spice Pancakes
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon jaggery
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 34 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 large egg
- 14 cup water
- Combine first seven ingredients and stir to blend.
- Combine wet ingredients and blend.
- Add wet mix to dry mix, stir to blend.
- Heat nonstick frying pan or skillet on medium.
- Spoon ladleful of mixture into pan.
- When bubbles pop and "craters" appear, flip and cook until done (just a few minutes.
