Spicy Chicken Wings
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 1 pound, 1-23 ounces, weight Chicken Wings (skin On)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 whole Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Paprika Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
- Chopped Coriander To Garnish
- Marinate the wings in the first seven ingredients for at least half an hour or more.
- Then broil chicken in the oven on high heat until cooked (about 20 to 30 minutes) and just beginning to char.
- In the meantime, prepare the sauce by heating the oil on medium heat.
- Add the chopped green chilies and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add all the rest of the sauce ingredients and stir fry for 2-4 minutes until cooked through.
- You can add up to 1/4 cup of water at this stage if you want a thinner sauce.
- Add the grilled chicken wings and toss to coat.
- Garnish with coriander.
