Easy Italian Portobello Burgers
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. CLASSICO Bruschetta Tomato & Basil
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 4 portobello mushrooms, gills removed
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 4 KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slices
- 4 whole wheat kaiser rolls, split
- 4 slices roasted red peppers
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Brush mushrooms with half the dressing.
- Grill 4 to 6 min.
- or until tender, occasionally turning and brushing with the remaining dressing.
- Top mushrooms with cheese and place rolls, cut sides down, on grill rack.
- Grill 1 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Remove chicken from grill.
- Grill rolls an additional 1 to 2 min.
- or until toasted.
- Spread mayo mixture onto bottom halves of rolls.
- Fill rolls with mushrooms and remaining ingredients.
