Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
- 1- 1/2 pound Chicken Tenders
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 3 whole Eggs, Beaten
- Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Grey Poupon
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Put cornstarch in a bowl and beaten eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dredge chicken in cornstarch, then in the egg mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil in a nonstick pan and fry until chicken is golden brown.
- For the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, in a small bowl add mayo, mustard, Grey Poupon, honey and lemon juice.
- Whisk to combine.
- Serve with chicken nuggets or anything you like honey mustard on.
