Broccoli Stuffing Bake Recipe
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded sharp American cheese (4 ounce)
- 4 x beaten Large eggs
- 3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing croutons
- 1 x (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli, thawed
- In a saucepan heat & stir together lowfat milk & cheese until blended, remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl gradually stir warm mix into Large eggs.
- Add in stuffing croutons, broccoli, & 1/4 tsp.
- salt.
- Mix well.
- Turn mix into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 min.
- Garnish with more parsley if you like.
- Makes 4 servings
