Meat And Potato Casserole Recipe
- 5-6 med. potatoes
- Parsley flakes & shake of flour
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- Peel and slice potatoes into greased 8"x12" baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, flour and parsley flakes.
- Mix meat, crumbs and onion and 1/2 can of tomato soup.
- Pat firmly over potatoes.
- Pour rest of tomato soup over all.
- Sprinkle with Tbsp.
- Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
