Meat And Potato Casserole Recipe

• 5-6 med. potatoes
• Parsley flakes & shake of flour
• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 sm. onion, diced
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1/4 c. bread crumbs

1. Peel and slice potatoes into greased 8"x12" baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, flour and parsley flakes.
3. Mix meat, crumbs and onion and 1/2 can of tomato soup.
4. Pat firmly over potatoes.
5. Pour rest of tomato soup over all.
6. Sprinkle with Tbsp.
7. Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
