Onion Scented Oil
- 2 cups virgin olive oil
- 3 cups sliced red onions or 3 cups shallots
- In a clean glass container, combine oil and onions.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in a cool place for 6 hours.
- Remove onions with a slotted spoon.
- Pour oil in hot sterlized bottles and seal.
- (Use the onions for grilled steak or chicken).
