Beau Monde Marinade Recipe
- 1 c. Soy sauce
- 3 x Cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 lrg Onion, chunked up
- 1/4 c. Kitchen bouquet
- 2 tsp Spice islands beau monde seasoning
- Put it all in a blender or possibly food processor and blend to a mush.
- Put in a tightly covered glass jar (two reasons: you need to shake it before using, and it's pungent).
- It will keep almost forever in the fridge and is good on steaks, pork or possibly lamb chops, or possibly to marinate less tender cuts of meat for shish kebob.
- My favorite is a Spencer (Rib Eye) steak, marinated for about a day in this marinade.
