Zesty Juicy Gorzonzola Turkey Burger

  1. mince the vegetables.
  2. and mix into ground turkey.
  3. recommended you marinade overnight.
  4. roll the mixture into 4-5 inch diameter balls (makes 4-6 burgers).
  5. in a sauce pan, heat oil and throw in cumin.
  6. when you smell cumin, place the balls onto pan and flatten until thickness of burger is about 3/4" thick.
  7. drizzle oil on burger.
  8. flip over after a minute.
  9. cover with lid.
  10. leave for 3 minutes.
  11. and flip over.
  12. cover with lid.
  13. leave until there is no pink inside (poke to check).
  14. you can grill this too.
