Tokyo Ginza Cocktail

• 1 .5 oz. Absolut Citron
• 1 .5 oz. Sugei Sake
• 2 oz. sweet and sour
• 1 oz. Chambord
• Lemon grass and raspberries (garnish)
• Ice

1. Fill mixing glass with ice.
2. Add the ingredients, stirring with a bar spoon.
3. Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with lemon grass and raspberries.
