Mini Quiches Recipe

  1. Chop bacon, fry till crisp.
  2. Remove fat.
  3. Add in onions, mushrooms and a dash of salt.
  4. Cook till tender.
  5. Set aside to cold.
  6. Beat Large eggs, stir in lowfat sour cream.
  7. Divide bacon and mushroom mix proportionately in shells.
  8. Spoon egg mix with tsp.
  9. into shell till filled.
  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
  11. Can be reheated.
  12. Freezes well.
