Tofu Masala

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds, garlic, onions and green chillies.
  3. Cook until onion turns brownish.
  4. Add tomatoes and stir on medium flame for 2 minutes until tomatoes are cooked.
  5. Add all the spices and salt and mix well.
  6. Now add water and mix.
  7. Add tofus and stir well.. simmer for 5 mins on low flame until gravy is little thick.
  8. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve.
