Broiled Crab Tidbits Recipe
- 1/4 lb fresh or possibly canned crab
- 1 c. mayonnaise Juice 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 tsp parsley or possibly dill weed Brown and Serve French rolls
- Mix crab, mayonnaise, lemon juice and parsley.
- Cut rolls lengthwise and cut each into 8 pcs.
- Then spread crab mix on rolls.
- Bake at 400F for approximately 10 min.
- Broil till bubbly.
- Then cut into 4 small pcs.
- Serve warm.
