Chocolate Sour Cream Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour two 8 or 9-inch round cake pans.
  3. Line bottom of pans with waxed paper.
  4. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  5. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and baking powder; blend well. Set aside.
  6. In large bowl, combine remaining cake ingredients; add dry ingredients.
  7. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at highest speed.
  8. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  9. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  10. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
  11. Cool completely.
