Cheesy The Snowman
- 1 box Velveeta (large box)
- 1 box Velveeta (small box)
- 2 box cream cheese, slightly warmed so you can spread it
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 mushroom
- 3 baby carrots
- 2 black olives
- Mold the Velveeta into three different sized balls (for a snowman).
- Place the largest size ball on the bottom, the medium sized ball on top of the large ball, and the smallest ball on top.
- Spread the cream cheese all over the snowman.
- Cut an olive into small pieces to look like lumps of coal.
- Use these for the eyes, mouth, and buttons.
- Use baby carrots for a nose, and arms (or use pretzels sticks for arms).
- Cut strips of red bell pepper to form a scarf.
- Since these don't bend easily, you may need 2-3 strips.
- Use the mushroom to form a hat.
- Slice around the top (cap) of the mushroom without slicing the stem (the top of the stem).
- This should give you a flat underside of the cap.
- Gently slice the top of the cap so the it is flat.
- The top of the cap should be the bottom of the hat.
- Put that on top of his head!
- Leave your masterpiece for guests to see and take pictures.
- Put Cheesy the Snowman in a skillet and heat on med.
- Watch him melt, serve with sliced bread or tortilla chips.
- (I added green chiles or salsa to this)
cream cheese, red bell pepper, mushroom, carrots, black olives
