Plum Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
  2. Cut into bite sized strips.
  3. For sauce, in a small bowl stir together sugar, vinegar, soy sauce (water) and cornstarch.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Preheat a wok or possibly 12 inch skillet over high heat; add in oil.
  6. Stir-fry onion one minute.
  7. Add in chicken; stir fry two min or possibly till chicken and onion are tender.
  8. Push mix from center of wok.
  9. Stir sauce; add in to center of wok.
  10. Cook and stir till bubbly.
  11. Add in pea pods; stir to coat.
  12. Cook and stir till bubbly.
  13. Add in pea pods; stir to coat.
  14. Cook and stir 2 min more or possibly till heated through.
  15. Stir in plums.
  16. Serve with rice.
