Beer Buns Recipe

  1. Sprinkle yeast in water; let stand a few min.
  2. Stir till dissolved.
  3. Pour warm lowfat milk over butter, sugar and salt.
  4. Cold to lukewarm; add in yeast, egg and 2 c. flour.
  5. Beat well.
  6. Add in sufficient flour to make dough not stick to bowl.
  7. Knead; place in greased bowl till doubled.
  8. Put 1 tsp.
  9. meat mix in middle of ball dough like a bun shape.
  10. Flatten and healthy pinch together tightly.
  11. Place gathered side on cookie sheet.
  12. Let rise.
  13. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
