Grilled Steak Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle Dry Rub over steak; rub into steak.
  3. Grill 12 to 15 min.
  4. or until medium doneness (160F), turning every 6 min.
  5. Remove steak from grill; let stand 5 min.
  6. Meanwhile, toss remaining ingredients except avocados and dressing.
  7. Spoon onto 4 individual serving plates.
  8. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  9. Top salads with meat and avocados.
  10. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
