Easy Chili
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced fime
- 3 celery ribs, diced fine
- 3 banana peppers, diced fine
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 12 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Add celery, onions, peppers, chili powder, cayenne and salt.
- Cook until veggies are tender.
- Add beans, tomatoes and soup.
- Heat through.
- Add sugar.
- Simmer until ready to serve.
