Big Dee's Jerky Beef

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot covered with saran wrap.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Lay out strips on cookie sheet or grill.
  4. Cook at very low heat 100-125 for six hours, basting with leftover sauce and turning as you go.
  5. Store in refrigerator in Ziplock bags.
