Julie's Dilly Beans

  1. Pack beans into hot, sterile jars
  2. Add 1/4 tsp pepper, 1clove garlic and 1 dill head to each jar
  3. Boil water, salt and vinegar.
  4. Pour over beans.
  5. Cover and process for 10 minutes in boiling water bath
  6. Yield: 4 pints
