Nielsen's Colossal Cookies

• 1/2 cup Margarine
• 1 1/2 cup White Sugar
• 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
• 4 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1/2 pkg Toffee Chips
• 1 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
• 2 cups Oatmeal
• 2 cups Flour
• 2 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 pkg Chocolate Chips

1. Cream (do not melt) margarine
2. Add both sugars & stir well
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract
4. Add flour and baking soda together, mix in the oatmeal then add little by little to rest of mixture.
5. (Stir until no more sign of flour)
6. Add in the toffee chips and the chocolate chips
7. Cook each batch @ 325 for 9 minutes
