Easy Italian Wedding Soup
- 1 bag Prepared Meatballs (1 Pound Bag)
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Spinach
- 3 quarts Chicken Broth
- 2 cubes Bouillon
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasonings
- 1 cup Acini De Pepe Or Orzo
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, making sure the broth comes to the top of the pot.
- The smaller the size of the meatballs the better.
- Add a little kosher salt and black pepper.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with some warm and crispy slices of bread and enjoy!
