Gramma's Tuna Pasta Salad
- 1 (8 ounce) box elbow macaroni
- 1 12 cups mayonnaise
- 1 12 cups bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons dill or 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 3 -4 green onions, chopped
- 2 -3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 -2 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can tuna in water or 2 (8 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
- salt and pepper
- Bring large pot of water to a rolling boil.
- Add pasta and cook according to the directions.
- While pasta is cooking in a large mixing bowl, add mayo, peppers, relish, onion, celery, carrots and tuna.
- Mix together gently.
- Drain the cooked noodles and rinse with cold water till cooled.
- Add noodles and salt and pepper.
- Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Mix once again and serve.
