South-Of-The-Border Slushie

  1. Place water and sugar in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Place sugar syrup and honeydew in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  5. Pour into a shallow metal container and cover with foil.
  6. Place in the freezer for 6 hours or until almost frozen.
  7. Use a metal spoon to break up the honeydew mixture.
  8. Place honeydew mixture, tequila and mint in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  9. Spoon into glasses to serve.
