Country Dijon Shrimp Saute
- 1 lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
- Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
- or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in wine and mustard.
- Return to heat; cook an additional 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through.
- Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
- Serve over rice.
