Country Dijon Shrimp Saute

  1. Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
  2. or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in wine and mustard.
  5. Return to heat; cook an additional 2 to 3 min.
  6. or until heated through.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
  8. Serve over rice.
