Killer Meatloaf

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients aside from the bacon.
  2. Add meat mixture to raised loaf pan.
  3. This will allow any grease and drippings to escape and avoid a soggy loaf.
  4. Cook loaf at 400F for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes.
  6. Remove loaf and line the top with bacon.
  7. Place bacon wrapped loaf back in the over for another 20 minutes at 400F or until bacon is crispy on top.
  8. Best served with either ketchup or HP/A1 steak sauce and a bit of hot sauce.
