Blue Cheese Corn Bread Recipe
- 1 pkt Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2-oz)
- 1 x egg
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 2 x green onions minced
- 1 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix till blended.
- Spread in prepared pan.
- Bake till hard to touch and golden, about 30 min.
- Cold slightly.
- Cut into squares and serve warm.
- Serves 4 to 6.
