Gazpacho & Cheese Bread

  1. Stir vegetable juice, tomato, lime juice, cucumber, onion, basil and garlic powder until well blended.
  2. Spread bread slices with margarine; sprinkle with cheeses.
  3. Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Broil bread 4 to 5 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with gazpacho.
