Shrimp In Cheese Sauce Recipe
- 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. shrimp, cooked
- 3/4 teaspoon M.S.G.
- Dry white wine
- Heat cheese in butter.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream and a bit of juice from the mushrooms.
- Add in M.S.G.
- Add in wine to taste.
- Heat but don't boil.
- Add in shrimp.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
- Serves 3-4.
