Double Chip Pecan Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  5. Stir in butterscotch chips, pecans and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.
