Fresh Carrot soup

  1. Cut carrots, onions and celery
  2. Saute carrots, onions and celery till soft or translucent with 3 tablespoons of watter.
  3. Add the vegetables to the pot and add the vegetable broth
  4. Add the rest of ingredients except milk and cilantro and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or till tender.
  5. Add the milk and boil for 1 min
  6. Add to food processor or blender until smooth.
  7. Enjoy garnish with cilantro
