Ham Croquettes Recipe

  1. Make a white sauce by stirring flour into the melted Crisco.
  2. Add in lowfat milk gradually.
  3. Cook over low heat till smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
  4. Add in ham, parsley and onion.
  5. Refrigeratethoroughly.
  6. Divide into 8 portions.
  7. Dip in egg and bread crumbs and deep fry.
