Meatballs

  2. Wash Minced meat and drain water out
  3. Place minced meat in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add gram flour to it and knead the meat.
  5. You can use a food processor to mix the meat with flour thoroughly.
  6. After the meat+flour mixture is done, take out in your mixer bowl
  7. Now add one egg, and all the spices.
  8. Again mix and knead
  9. Chop the onion, green chilies and coriander separately
  10. Add the chopped onion, chilli and fresh coriander mix to the meat and use the food processor to mix the meat and the vegetable mix thoroughly
  11. Now use the finaly mixed mince mix to make small meatballs.
  12. Keep them small so that they can be cooked thoroughly
  13. Take a deep wok.
  14. Put in enough oil for deep frying
  15. On a low to medium flame, put your meatballs in the warmed up oil and fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
  16. Keep the flame in check so that meatballs don't get brown too quickly
  17. On browning, your meatballs are ready.Dish out.
  18. Serve with ketchup or BBQ Sauce as a dip
  19. Serve hot!
