Tuscan Chicken & Sausage Bake
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs (2-1/4 lb.)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage links, sliced
- 1/2 lb. new potatoes, halved King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small onion, sliced, separated into rings Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Sprinkle chicken with black pepper; place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except cheese; spoon over and around chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 30 min.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake 15 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
