Updated Pico de Gallo

  1. Into a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients (except the chips) and mix well.
  2. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the mixture in your serving dish and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
  4. You get super fresh ingredients for a really healthy appetizer.
  5. This can also be used on tacos, served with crackers, or heck, eaten by the spoonful.
  6. Enjoy.

tomatoes, serrano chilies, fresh corn kernels, yellow onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt, black pepper, favorite tortilla chips
