Easy Spring Rolls with Nori Tsukudani and Okara
- 3 Spring roll wrappers (store-bought)
- 80 grams Fresh okara
- 1 as much (to taste) Nori seaweed tsukudani
- 1 as much (to taste) Melting cheese
- Cut the spring roll wrappers into fourths.
- Place the okara, nori tsukudani, and cheese on the wrapper and roll it up.
- That's all!
- You can either deep-fry these spring rolls or shallow-fry them.
- They're good as a snack or in bentos since they're bite-sized.
