Fieldberry Dessert
- 1-1/2 cups Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
- 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 cups strawberries, crushed
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 2 pkg. (85-g each) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), washed and thoroughly dried
- Mix crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended.
- Stir in crushed strawberries and Cool Whip.
- Spread over crust.
- Prepare jelly powder as directed on package for Quick Set Method.
- Stir in berries.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
