Bread Stuffing for Turkey

  1. Combine bread, seasonings and onion.
  2. Slowly add chicken fat, tossing lightly with a fork until blended.
  3. For a more moist stuffing, slowly add the hot water or stock.
  4. Allow 1 cup stuffing for each pound of poultry.
