Frosty Orange Cooler (Or Punch)

  1. In 2-3 quart pitcher, combine water, orange juice con., lemon juice con., and sugar.
  2. Stir til sugar dissolves.
  3. Chill.
  4. Just before serving, add ginger ale.
  5. Scoop sherbet into glasses, pour in juice mixture.
  6. Garnish the edge of the glass with another scoop of sherbet, and an orange slice.
  7. Garnish top with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Makes 2 quarts.
  10. *Champagne can be substituted for the ginger ale, too!
