S'more Ice Cream Dessert
- 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 3/4 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, divided
- 12 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch)
- 3 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Mix cream cheese product and yogurt in large bowl until blended.
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Gently stir in Cool Whip, then 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
- Spoon 1 cup Cool Whip mixture into shallow freezerproof 1.5-L dish; stand cookies in Cool Whip mixture around side of dish.
- Fill with remaining Cool Whip mixture.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Remove dessert from freezer 15 min.
- before serving.
- Heat broiler.
- Top dessert with marshmallows, remaining chocolate chips and nuts.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
- or until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
