Rice Bowl with Fish Sausage in Scrambled Eggs

  1. Slice the fish sausage in half lengthwise.
  2. Chop into half-moons of about 3 mm in width.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and grill the fish sausages.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the egg and stir.
  6. Turn the heat off when the egg is soft-set.
  7. Serve rice into a rice bowl.
  8. Top with the scrambled eggs with fish sausages.
  9. Drizzle on soy sauce.
  10. Gobble up as you mix everything together!
