Rice Bowl with Fish Sausage in Scrambled Eggs
- 1 Fish sausage
- 1 Egg
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 bowl Hot cooked rice
- 1 Soy sauce
- Slice the fish sausage in half lengthwise.
- Chop into half-moons of about 3 mm in width.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and grill the fish sausages.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the egg and stir.
- Turn the heat off when the egg is soft-set.
- Serve rice into a rice bowl.
- Top with the scrambled eggs with fish sausages.
- Drizzle on soy sauce.
- Gobble up as you mix everything together!
