Beef Paprika Recipe
- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 2 pound sirloin tips cubed
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1 sm. clove, chopped
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 c. warm cooked noodles
- Heat Crisco in skillet, add in meat, onion, garlic.
- Saute/fry till meat is brown, onion tender.
- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, cayenne and 1 1/2 c. water.
- Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs on low heat.
- Blend 2 Tbsp.
- flour, 1/2 c. water, stir into meat mix.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly till desired consistency.
- Serve over warm noodles.
