Cinnamon and Pistachio Pinwheels
- 1 frozen pre-rolled puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Product
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 egg, beaten
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Unroll pastry on lightly floured surface; spread with cream cheese product.
- Sprinkle with nuts to within 1/4 inch of one short side; roll up, starting at opposite short side.
- Place, seam side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Freeze 15 min.
- or until firm.
- Transfer to cutting board; cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
- Place, cut sides up, on prepared baking sheet; brush with egg.
- Bake 23 to 25 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.
