Oven Fried Pork Chops
- 4 each pork chops trimmed
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted melted
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 x black pepper freshly ground to taste
- 1 1/4 cups bread stuffing mix, herb-seasoned and dry
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Add butter and vegetable oil into a 9x13 inch baking pan, and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.
- Whisk together egg, milk and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Dip pork chops completely in egg mixture, coat with stuffing mix evenly and arrange in pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn chops over and bake for another 10 minutes, or until no pink remains in the meat and juices run clear.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
