Leftover Pot roast Stew

  1. saute vegetables in olive oil until tender
  2. add water and dry onion envelope
  3. bring to boil, then add cut potatoes, and leftover pot roast
  4. reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are done.
  5. (approximately 30 minutes )
  6. add green beans or peas 10 minutes before serving
  7. enjoy
