Zucchini and squash pasta with pesto and sun dried tomatos

  1. Heat olive oil and pesto in large pan over med heat
  2. Add tomatoes
  3. Add zucchini and squash and season with salt and pepper
  4. Cook until "pasta" is to desired softness (I do about 10 minutes)
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!
