Hamburger Sauerkraut Potato Casserole Recipe

• 1 pound hamburger
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 c. sauerkraut
• 4-5 potatoes, cooked and mashed with butter

1. Brown hamburger and onions, season to taste.
2. Cook sauerkraut for 10 min.
3. Put hamburger in bottom of 2 1/2 or possibly 3 qt casserole, put sauerkraut over then top with mashed potatoes.
4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
